Delete your REMI data

The current REMI release does not create an online account. You can permanently erase all locally stored REMI data directly from the app.

Delete data from the app

    Open REMI on the device that contains your reminders.

    Open the Settings tab.

  3. 3

    Scroll to Data Management and choose Reset App Memory.

  4. 4

    Review the warning, then confirm Reset.

What the reset removes

  • All saved REMIs, including names, notes, categories, and dates
  • Scheduled REMI notifications and delivery records
  • Language, mode, onboarding, and other app preferences
  • The device-local demo session

Before you confirm

Reset App Memory is permanent and the current release does not provide a cloud backup or recovery service. Write down any dates you still need before confirming the reset.

If you cannot access the app

REMI does not hold a server-side copy of app data to delete on your behalf. If you previously contacted support and want us to delete the support correspondence associated with your email address, use the contact details on the Support page.

If REMI adds online accounts in a future release, this page will be updated with a direct external account-deletion process before launch.
